Korean BBQ Pork



Instruction for 1KG 

 

Put pork slices into a sauce pan and add water just to cover pork.

Then add
2-3 bayleaves
2-3 staranise
1 table spoon of soya sauce
1 table spoon of Apple cider vinegar
1 tea spoon of sugar
1 tea spoon of salt

Boil under medium heat for 15-20 minutes

Drain water and apply sticky Korean sauce to the  pork slices

Sticky Korean sauce

1/4cup soy sauce

1/4cup dark brown sugar

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

4tbsp gochujang*

4tbsp tomato ketchup

10 garlic cloves, finely chopped
